He showed me the rugs in stock in the size I had requested, listening to my thoughts and recommending options based on my feedback of what I was shown. He answered all of my questions thoroughly so I could make an informed decision and even took down both rugs I was deciding between so I could compare the two and even offered an exchange or refund if I did not end up enjoying my purchase. I was able to purchase my rug pad at the same time, which they cut to size for me while I was there. As we sat down to start the transaction, he offered us a variety of complimentary beverages. With my purchase I was offered a free wash, free rug treatment or free delivery. The rugs were quality material and at a good price but the customer service provided was excellent and what really sold me!
